July 26, 2020 marks the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act being signed into law.

This landmark legislation expanded the civil rights of people with disabilities,

in particular, access to programs, activities, and services offered by state and local municipalities.

Kernersville Parks and Recreation recognizes the continuous and evolving battle against exclusion and discrimination.
